This workshop will be about discovering the real you. What do you really want? What’s holding you back? What steps can you take to move ahead? Through the power of aromatherapy we will work on clearing out old emotional baggage, removing negative voices in your head, expressing your true self, and laying the groundwork to put in to play a clear plan of what you want to do and accomplish. We will also talk about about techniques to help us move past emotional blocks and fears that try to stand in our way. Essential oils and journaling will be part of this self-discovery and visionary workshop. You have the power to create all that you desire. Free yourself and move from a space of clarity to make it happen! Each guest will get to make a special roller to aid in their journey moving forward. Please bring a notebook for journaling. Other supplies included. Let’s do this!

Join us for this fun weekend of exploration with Joanna Shakti!

What does it mean to be Wild? Where and how do you source your Wild Woman energy? ‘Wild’ is one of the hallmark expressions of yin (feminine) energy. It combines the wildly creative and destructive energies of the universe. Living fully requires embracing both the light and the shadow within. When a woman comes into authentic alignment with her true yin and yang within, she is set free to be the most wild, powerful, creative and loving being she is.

Throughout the Wild Woman Retreat, participants find alignment with their genuine masculine and feminine expressions. Through recognizing and releasing that which traps their wild beautiful essence, they’ll touch a power and grace they never knew existed, awakening the Queen within. Freeing the wild feminine essence, gives a woman access to life, literally, where she gets to experience, enjoy, and even indulge in, the deepest of connections, pleasures, intimacies and joys available on this human journey. Throughout the weekend sessions, we’ll explore sensual expression, authentic movement, feminine purpose, and the power of magnetic attraction to ignite the truth within.

About Joanna: The Soul Love™ Mentor and founder of Ecstatic Intimacy,™ is smart, sexy, and a little bit spicy. You can’t miss her passion and warm playful style that both entertains and inspires. She makes audiences laugh, turns them on, and leaves them forever changed. Joanna will go where few others dare and a palpable buzz of excitement and electricity spreads through the room. Participants feel something awaken in their soul; they tap into the vibrant, powerful, and passionate energy that lies within each of us. She’s edgy, but not over the top. Step into spring and discover your joy flow during this day-long retreat. Join Valerie Gibbons, founder of FootsieStools™ Ltd., for an uplifting day of expressive collage making. Create meaning and positivity through two collage art forms, one that engages your right brain and the other your left brain. The result is a unique expression of what makes you a happy “sole.”

In the morning, create an art collage around a whimsical shoe design by piecing together magazine pictures, book pages, decorative paper, small objects, and other mixed media. Bring a magazine that inspires you (it will be cut up). Optional: Scrap and printed papers, old book, stickers, one-dimensional object or memento that complement your theme. Instructor will have magazines and ephemera on hand. Your finished artwork will be matted and ready to display.

In the afternoon, engage in collage writing, the playful assembly of scattered pieces of language and self-contained moments into an artistic whole, much like the art form. Create a written mosaic that positively expresses your “sole” journey, using your art collage theme as a source of inspiration. Examples and prompts will be provided. Bring writing paper or journal, pen, inspirational quotes, memorable lines from a literary work, or snippets of dialogue and humor from your own life to embellish your theme. Your finished collage essay or poem will be handwritten on decorative paper.

Participants will be invited to share their art and writing collages with the group. Includes a brief introduction on the benefits of art and humor for health and well-being. FootsieStools (footstools with shoes) will be in attendance, so smiles are guaranteed.

Some supplies are included. Bring a sack lunch.
