FROM MULFORD AND SPRING BROOK ROAD go west on Springbrook to Applewood Lane; turn right on Applewood; *turn left at the first stop sign (where Maria Linden Drive intersects).  
WOMANSPACE is at the end of Maria Linden Drive on the right (next door to the Provena Cor Mariae Nursing Home).  

FROM ALPINE AND SPRINGCREEK ROAD go east on Springcreek for one block and turn left onto Springbrook Road. The Shadow Wood subdivision is approximately one mile on the left; turn left onto Applewood Lane; (see above*) 

FROM I-90 take the Business 20 (State Street) Exit west into Rockford. Turn north (right) on Mulford and west (left) on Springbrook to Applewood Lane; turn right on Applewood; (see above*)
