    When someone we love dies, we begin a grief journey that is often frightening, painful, lonely and at times overwhelming. In order to move towards healing, we need to be willing to learn about and understand the grief process. We need to give ourselves the permission, time and compassion to mourn our loss. This lunch and learn will introduce the natural process of grief, how to move towards healing, and how to best support and companion each other in this life-changing journey.
