Information, food, entertainment, and the list continues of everyday services that are available almost instantaneously. But what about health? When something goes awry in the body, how long should it really take to get better? While there are certain parts of the body that can heal more quickly than others, it is important to have an understanding of how long we can expect the healing process to take. This presentation will discuss how different body tissues heal and which types of injuries may require a longer time to fully mend. Additionally, we will detail what steps can be taken to help speed up the healing process as well as how to determine when is it time to seek professional medical help. Are you struggling with a nagging ailment? Join us to learn more about what you can do to gain health, strength, and stability within your body again.

TAP INTO THE WISDOM OF YOUR BODY

Each cell of our physical body is brimming with intelligence and wisdom. Physical symptoms and negative emotions are one of the ways this intelligence communicates with us by creating disruptions in our energy system. With EFT (Energy Field Tapping) we can tap directly on energy meridians and get the energy flowing again. When energy flows we feel more at ease and get to enjoy a greater sense of relaxation. It’s easy! All it takes is curiosity, fingers and a body! This introduction into the amazingly simple and effective world of tapping will empower you to continue tapping ANYWHERE!

When someone we love dies, we begin a grief journey that is often frightening, painful, lonely and at times overwhelming. In order to move towards healing, we need to be willing to learn about and understand the grief process. We need to give ourselves the permission, time and compassion to mourn our loss. This lunch and learn will introduce the natural process of grief, how to move towards healing, and how to best support and companion each other in this life-changing journey.
