34th Annual Glitzy Garage Sale

June 4-6 event benefits Womanspace 

 

Look for the tents! Womanspace announces their 34th Annual Glitzy Garage Sale on June 4-6. Donations will be accepted through June 2 (see website for acceptable items), and sale hours are Friday and Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm, and Sunday from 9:00am-1:00pm. Shop this mega sale under several spacious tents, in the garage, and on the beautiful seven-acre campus grounds of Womanspace, a half mile west of Rock Valley College. Antiques, collectibles, framed art, dinnerware, home, office and garden furniture, live plants, office and garden supplies, video and computer components, luggage, tools, sports and fitness equipment, bikes, baskets and tins, appliances, linens, arts and crafts, holiday decor, books, tapes, CDs, children's toys and games. There is an abundance of clothing for men, women, children and infants. On ÒBargain SundayÓ pay just $3 per bag for clothing; everything else is half price! Refreshments will be sold by the new Junior Members of Womanspace. This event is held rain or shine and a restroom is available. All proceeds benefit Womanspace and its programs. Directions: From Mulford or Alpine/Spring Creek, take Spring Brook Road to Applewood Lane.  Travel one block north on Applewood and then turn left on Maria Linden Drive. At the top of the hill, veer to the right in front of the lot for Provena Cor Mariae.
