This class is held in-person and online via Zoom. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link.  In-person class limited to 6 people – masks and social distancing required.

Have you noticed there is a lot of information floating around now, about increasing gut health with fermented foods?  Do you have concerns about your gut health, or the gut health of a family member? Not knowing where to being can prevent you from ever starting. This workshop is all about going back to how our grandmothers did things. You will learn:

  • Probiotics vs. prebiotics
  • Why we need probiotics?
  • What are good sources for probiotics? 

Some basic knowledge about your immune health and the roll probiotics play. You will be equipped with the information necessary to begin fermenting your very own high-potency probiotics immediately. (Ingredient list for Kimchi will be sent with your confirmation for those on Zoom.)
