Do you avoid dairy? Have you found the choices of non-dairy cheese to leave you feeling disappointed? In this class you will learn how to make your very own fermented nut cheese that has that zig that you have been missing in your store-bought vegan cheese. We will do a variety of flavors. Find out how delicious vegan cheese can be. You will leave with the knowledge of why fermenting is an excellent way to build a strong immune system and should be part of any healthy diet.
