IPDH and CDC guidelines about face masks will be observed.

Qigong is a gentle exercise system with relaxed exercise and regulation of mind and breath. It has gentle flowing stretches and soft, rhythmic movements performed with focus. Qigong improves all of the functions of the body including the digestive, nervous and immune system. It also improves core strength and posture while increasing flexibility. It can be practiced either standing or sitting. All ages and abilities are welcome.

Register by: 9/18 or two days before each class.
