Herbal Soap Making (HL22C-41)

Join Herbalist Linda Conroy for this fun day of soap making. We will start out learning the basics and then dive into a hands-on experience, making soap that you will take home. We will make soap with herbs from the garden, as well as fresh goat’s milk. We will make both hot and cold process soap, as well as try our hand at hand milling and felting soap. 

Participants will go home with soap made in class, along with instructions and recipes for making soap at home. For adults and youth (ages 8 years and up with an adult). Includes instruction on hot and cold process soap making, as well as hand milling and felting. Bring a pair of rubber gloves; all other supplies provided. Each participant will leave with 9-12 bars of soap.

There will be a lunch break midway through the day that the group will decide on together.  Expect 30-45 min.

All supplies provided (a $20 supply fee is included in registration fee)
