    Over the next several weeks, we will follow the Science of Well Being curriculum developed by Dr. Lori Santos of Yale University and explore what new results in psychological science teach us about how to be happier, how to feel less stressed, and how to flourish more.

    We’ll then have a chance to put these scientific findings into practice by building the sorts of habits that will allow us to live a happier and more fulfilling life. 

    Most importantly, we will gather weekly on ZOOM to share our ideas and experiences and deeply connect with one another. Jean Kathryn Carlson, brings a rich background of conducting gatherings where each participant is encouraged to share their ideas and experiences in a safe container. Consider inviting a friend to join you on this journey. The more connection, the better!

    This course will take place every Thursday from March 4th through May 6th. Taking part for the whole thing is ideal, but registration will remain open throughout the series. 

    In these times of restricted social engagement and physical touch, it is more important than ever to gather virtually in community to practice the science of well-being and the art of joyful living.

    We wanted to make this program accessible to all who may need it during this challenging time, so registration is available for free if you cannot afford it.
