Registering and Paying
We’re glad you’re joining us at Womanspace in Rockford, IL. Below you’ll find important information to help make your registration experience smooth and clear.

Before You Register
We encourage all participants to review relevant program policies before registering. Policies include important details about art class guidelines, cancellations, transfers, and what to expect in your class.
Taking a moment to review policies will help you prepare and feel confident about your experience.
Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment. If this occurs, cancellation is typically decided two days before the class start date. Registered participants will be notified by phone.

Because many classes fill quickly, we recommend registering well in advance to secure your spot.
Payment Information
Payment is required at the time of registration.
With our current system, registration is confirmed only when payment is received. We cannot hold a spot without payment.
Payment Options
We accept:
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Apple Pay
- Venmo
- PayPal
- Cash (in person only)
- Checks (in person only)
If paying with cash or check, you must register in person at the time of payment.
Processing Fees
When paying by credit or debit card, the system will automatically add a donation to cover the card processing fee. While this option is selected by default, you may uncheck it at checkout. We appreciate you covering this fee so that your entire payment can be directed toward our programs and community work. If you do elect to pay the fee, you will receive an email thanking you for your donation.
Payment Plans
We do not offer payment plans at this time. If paying with PayPal, you may qualify for a payment plan through them.
Membership discounts
Womanspace members receive discounted pricing on many programs.
To access member pricing online:
- Before registering, log into your account.
- During registration, select the member pricing ticket.
If you believe you are a member and do not see a member pricing ticket after logging into your account, please contact us before completing registration.
Please note that members may not purchase tickets for non-members at the member's price. If purchasing a ticket for a non-member, please select the non-member ticket for them. Womanspace has the right to request additional payment if non-members are registered with member pricing.
How to Register
Online
Register directly through the program listing on our website. Online registration is the fastest and easiest way to secure your spot.
- Under the Programs menu, select Programs List.
This will open a new browser tab that takes you our program and payment platform. - Locate the class for which you want to register. Use the Price, Date and Category dropdown lists to narrow your search.
- Click anywhere in the class tile.
- Click Get Tickets for the session for which you want to register.
- Locate the right ticket type.
- Select the number of tickets you need and click Add.
- Select non-member tickets for any non-member guests for whom you are purchasing tickets.
- You will need to provide name and contact information for each person you register.
- To continue shopping, click the back arrow in the upper left by the class name, then click Events Link.
- When ready to check out, click the Checkout button. You may need to click the shopping cart icon to see it.
- Complete the checkout and payment process.
- Close the browser tab to return to the tab with our website (alternately, click the Womanspace icon or Home link at the top of the page).

By Phone
Call 815-877-0118 during office hours. Payment is required at the time of registration using a debit or credit card.
If you are registering other people, you will need to provide the name and contact information for each.

In Person
Visit Womanspace during office hours to register and submit payment. When registering in person, you have the option to pay with a check or cash.
Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

Waitlists
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist online. If space becomes available, we will contact you.
The amount of time before the class starts will impact how long we can wait for a response before contacting the next person on the waitlist.

Registration & Payment FAQ
When is my spot confirmed?
Your registration is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Discount codes must be entered during online checkout. You must be logged into your account to use a code.
Can I register other people?
Yes. You can select multiple tickets to register additional people. You'll be asked to provide the name and contact information for each person that you register.
Can I use my member pricing to register other people?
No. You can only register yourself and others who are members using member pricing. If you are also registering non-members, choose the non-member tickets for them.
Can I register now and pay later?
No. Payment is required at the time of registration. We are unable to hold spots without payment.

Do you add sessions when classes fill?
Due to facility and instructor availability, we are not typically able to add more sessions when classes fill.
